Remarkably thirty years of sarcasm hasn’t killed me yet. I’m drew benz and this is my home.
Born and raised in Seattle, a manically coffee junkie, I’ve maintained an online life since 2001. Nearly eight years later there’s just something about sucking on the teat of the internet that’s kept me around.
Through the years I’ve successfully invaded 32 countries and will remain travelling, eating, and writing as long as I can.
I spend entirely too much time ranting but it’s merely zealous passion poorly disguised. Don’t be fooled.
I love wine and conversation. Chianti, however, not so much.
I believe that every moment from the womb til death is a privilege.
I tend to take entirely too many photos but I never seem to follow the rules.
I hate carrots. I love people. Well, most of them. But if you’re here reading this you’re probably one of them.
Having just wrapped up a brilliant five year career at Microsoft, I’m moving on. Where will I end up next? What’s my next journey? Your guess is as good mine.
